Joss Grace Boutique Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you order from Joss Grace Boutique! If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible Returns:

• Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
• All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Returns must be free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, perfume, or other signs of wear.

💳 Refunds:

• Eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
• Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we receive the return.

🚚 Return Shipping:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Sale items marked final sale
• Gift cards
• Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
